Corporate Structure

Skyline Agriculture Financial Corp. is a privately-owned corporation existing under the laws of British Columbia. The Corporation has the following wholly-owned subsidiaries: Skyline Agriculture Lending Corp. (“Skyline Lending”), Skyline Agriculture Stream Corp. (“Skyline Stream”) and Skyline Agriculture Capital Corp. (“Skyline Capital”).  Each Subsidiary is a British Columbia incorporated company except Skyline Lending which is extra-provincially registered in British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
